Dynamic Column load

Theres a table with 10 columns into the database.

I have loaded the table into Qlikview / QlikSense.

Now after some processing another column gets added into the table, the 11th column or the 12th column,

How can i reload this column into the report?

Experts plz help.

Modify the script, add the new colums and reload the app.
