Dynamic Data Setting In Qliksense

Please let me know if Enable dynamic data setting functionality can i do in the Qliksense. I have attached the setting steps which i can achieved in Qlikview.

AFIK Dynamic data update (like qlikview) is not possible in qliksense.
People have created work arounds with SSE and custom extensions to update DB from qlik sense

In addition to this you can utilize partial reload to reload the App
e.g. check K4 analytics

Is there any workaround for this scenario now (without server-side service or reload) or still dynamic data update is not possible in Qlik Sense...?
