Dynamically select bookmark via button and (or) within a table link

Hi All, 

We have ~150 document bookmarks in our Qlik Sense application .

My question is- I would like a way to navigate these easier for the user:

Either:

a) have a table and make each bookmark name clickable - which then navigates to the correct sheet within the app

b) user selects bookmark name from a table, and there is a button that then usese this selection to perform an action to select the chose bookmark.

Has anyone found a way of doing this? So far, the actions seems to be static in their behaviour towards bookmarks.
