ERROR VIEW Climber KPI

Hello everybody,

i have a most important question for Qlik Sense with Extension Climber KPI.
So, I am AdminUser and I am developer and I created 3 user for Local User.
When I finished to create the Application I would to pubblished these and when I verify what the users see something gone wrong!

so, my question is wht is wrong? Because i Verified all user and all permission but it's correct! 
Look it!

Anybody can help me because I can't know where i crash my brain and what am doing!

I restart all service about QlikSense but nothing!
I deleted all files of climber extension and i reinstall and running th Qlik Sense, but nothing!!!!

The problems is with news 3 local user!
