Echec avec la fonction Count TOTAL

Hello,

in the table below, I wan't to create a measure of the numer of items [N° ticket] for a given other measure Left([Objet du ticket],28).

That would show me how many tickets have been created for a given [Objet du ticket]. But as you see, I need to cut a part of the filed [Objet du ticket] with the function Left([]) because i want to ignore the comment at the end.

The formula with Count(TOTAL [...] ) does not work...

Should i use Aggr ? Sum(Count)) ? What is the correct formula for this measure please ?
