Enable "Create New Sheet" feature in Published App

Hi,

I have disabled the default security rule and created custom rules with 'Read only' User privileges for the Published app. How to enable the 'Create New Sheet' feature in Published App for Adhoc Analysis?

paste the condition here you are using for security rule.....

or use below condition and try???

!resource.App.stream.Empty() and

resource.App.HasPrevillege ("Read") and

or resource.object Type = "sheet")
