Error Failed to open local file opening parquet file in azure blob storage

I added a azure storage connector which is working. I can open csv files etc but when I try to open a parquet file i get an error: 

Cannot open file: 'OpenFile failed.' (:

IOError: Failed to open local file 'C:/windows/system32/test.parquet.

Detail: [Windows error 2] The system cannot find the file specified.)'

What to do? Why is it trying to open the file localy?

I'm having a similar error with a connector to a Amazon S3 Bucket whenever i try to open a Parquet file we get this error message:

¿Is the same case? to solve it ¿we need to upgrade the version?
