Error Message on Operations Monitor

I upgraded from 1.0.1 to 2.1.1, and everything migrated perfectly, but I do have an issue with the Operations Monitor. I receive this message, I have tried deleting the operations monitor and restarting the Repository service, but it does not alleviate the issue.

Hi Dnasim,

Is the reload task in the QMC running one? If not I would suggest you to check the log files and try fixing the issue mentioned in it.

That is the message that you'd get with an application that has no data. Either manually run the reload or setup a reload job to achieve the same ends. Does that work?
