Error connecting to Oracle Database

Hi

I have installed Qlik Sense in a custom folder (Version: Qlik Sense November 2019).

I am trying to connect to Oracle DB using the Oracle connector by entering the  host name, Service Name, Username and Password but is showing the following error:-

 Oracle Connector - DB Connection

The hostname, TNS, Username and Password are correct (verified multiple no. of times).

Can someone help?
