Error creating output xlsx file

Hi All,

When I try to download/export an excel file via a button, getting an error as:

"Error creating output xlsx file. This usually due to an error with permission"

is this on an SAAS or enterprise version of Qlik. if so, check the security rules and or custom properties. this might prevent you from downloading.

It is an enterprise version of Qlik.

But I'm able to download for some filters been applied. If it's a permission issue then it should not download the excel and this error should pop up right?

Have you excluded the Anti Virus scanning on Qlik Folders?
