Error occurs Could not Reach http://localhost:4848/hub/feature/desktop_authentication with error (-102), and Initialization Add Data stuck

Dear Qlik

Currently I Used Qlik Sense Desktop June 2018 / 12.26.1

I had facing error when running Qlik Sense Desktop as follow

  1. Could not Reach http://localhost:4848/hub/feature/desktop_authentication with error (-102).
  2. Initialization Add Data stuck

Please help
