Error when using OLE DB to connect to MSAccess database - Data loaded incorrectly

When I connect my Access database to Qlik Sense with OLEDB (Microsoft Office 12.0 Access Database Engine OLE DB Provider), the data in some tables are loaded incorrectly: the field names and the data are mis-matched.

For example, in MS Access:

In Qlik Sense:

Qlik Sense.png

It seems like Qlik Sense re-sorts the field in alphabetical order, but not the data.

I'm very new to Qlik Sense, and I don't understand why such an error happen?

Please help!
