Exclude selection from filter

Hello,

I would like to add a filter where users could exclude a selection. Let say I have this :

Customer	City	Last order
Georges	Paris	05/10/2021
Matilda	Lyon	15/08/2021
Ewen	Rennes	06/05/2021
Victor	Marseille	31/07/2021

I have a filter on City, and the user wants to see all customers EXCEPT those from Marseille, so he selects Marseille in the filter, displaying :

Customer	City	Last order
Georges	Paris	05/10/2021
Matilda	Lyon	15/08/2021
Ewen	Rennes	06/05/2021

I don't want to use "Select Excluded" option in the filter, because I want to use bookmarks. Let say I select Marseille and then use "Select Excluded", and then bookmark my selection. The selection would be ('Paris','Lyon','Rennes'). But I add a new customer from Bordeaux. Applying my bookmarked selection would display :

Customer	City	Last order
Georges	Paris	05/10/2021
Matilda	Lyon	15/08/2021
Ewen	Rennes	06/05/2021

(Not the customer from Bordeaux...)

What I need is not ('Paris','Lyon','Rennes'), but all but Marseille. That is why I specifically need an excluding filter.

Any idea ?

Do you want to apply the filter to any specific chart or whole sheet?

Right now I display my data in a pivot table. Applying the filter to the whole sheet would be better, if I want to add other charts, but if it has to be done chart by chart it's OK

I found the solution : you can type formulas in the filters
