Expiring maintenance license

Hi!

Our company has a perpetual license to Qlik Sense Enterprise. What will happen if we do not renew our license? Can we continue to open and edit existing apps and create new ones? Will the apps have access to legacy data and databases?

Am I right in understanding that with a perpetual license, we only pay a maintenance fee to get support and access to the latest version of the software?

As stated that is my understanding as well. So no support or upgrades.

So we won't get updates and support, that's perfectly fine, but we will still be able to access our previous data, apps etc. right?
