Export to PDF or Image not working

Hi, I am trying to export a sheet to PDF or Image and the window keep loading and it never finish.

I get no error.

I have to say that Data Export works.

Please help me.

Hi @TomKogut .

I don't know which one of the things that i've done resolved the problem. But i can tell you that i updated Qlik Sense and then i install all Windows updates that were available, only the important ones, not the optionals. Then i rebooted the server and it solved the problem. I wish i could help you more.

Unfortunately, I have updated the Server and the Qlik Sense to the last version, but the problem persists!
