Expression error

For the following expression I am getting error stating Garbage after expression: ' if ' , how do I rectify this.

apparently the syntax is correct.

Try checking the sum formulas separately within another KPI to see if the error is in any of them.

I'll paste the formula with identification just to make it easier to read ^^
