Expression for Opening and Closing count for the month

Hi I am working on Cohort analysis in qliksense, I have data for employee with its joining and termination date..

My requirement is that i want count employee's opening and closing count for the month so what is expression for the same.. 

PFA beow of Raw data..can anyone help me out...
