Expression on Qlik Sense : Help needed

Hi Friends,

I am trying to do an analysis where need help on Qlik Sense expressions.

Need to plot a graph which shows attrition %.

Formula to calculate Attrition % = Cumulative Separation count / Average headcount of start month of the year & Current Month

Attached the sample data for reference and desired outcome.

Please help
