Extension for App Backup with data

Hello,

Is there an extension or a way to backup apps with the data included?

We currently use the extension Backup and Restore App (Qlik Branch) from Branch, but this only backs up the objects.

I found a solution to my problem. Within the QMC, I export the app to a qvf file.
