FILTER EXPRESSION

I have filter  just like as----cust_type='All' or cust_type='Unknown' and (cust_group is null or cust_group is null)

Here, cust_group is also another column.

I have cust_type column into my sheet .So, in that case , how can i apply above expression into this cust_type column .
