Fact Type Issue

We have been trying to pull reports in Kareo Analytics with the formula:

 =If([Fact Type]='Charge', Count([Charges.ServiceUnitCount]),0).

With this formula we are able to get the correct numbers for the Encounters and Charges columns, but the Payments and Adjustments columns are also affected. Does anybody know a way to code this to only work towards the Charge and Encounter columns, but not including the Payments and Adjustments columns?

We appreciate any help so that we can come to a swift solution.
