Filter Pane Title differs from Selection name

Hi,

Is there a way to get the name from the title of my Filter Panel to be the same as the name on the Selection bar?

It seems the selection Title is correct, but the title on the selection bar uses the Field Name.. This seems disjointed to the user. 

Any ideas on how to fix?
