I received a training book and I'm unable to figure out how to recreate the following directions.

1 – Filter

• Drag and drop a Filter chart into the sheet.

• Make it 4 columns across by 3 rows tall

How do you custom make a filter chart "Make it 4 columns across by 3 rows tall"?
