Filtering KPI

Hi!

As shown in the image i have filter for month and Inventory days as a KPI. I am trying to do whenever i filter the month i want to see the Inventory days for the filtered month .

please share the expression and elaborate. 

generally the kpi should react to filters. is it not filtering?
