Filtering results in dimension

I am trying to extract data elements from 3 Tables and I need to eliminate a set of results fro the three table based on logic that if one dataset contains a specific element all the elements of that set shall not be displaye. I attached a screenshot of what I am looking for.

any help / guidance is appreciated.
