Find Measures & Dimensions in PGAdmin 4

Hello great community. 

I've received tons of advice from this forum before and was hoping someone could help me out with this one. 

My objective: Create a simple excel document for the Measures in all Qlik apps, currently over 20 applications. 
These three columns are enough. 
Measure Name: Expression: Description: 

I've connected to PGAdmin and in public."AppObjects" I can get the Measure Name and Description, but I can't find the expression. I don't know if it is in one of the Hashed Columns or in another Table? 

I've heard about GINQO Master Item Manager, but these apps are already developed, and one in our team says it's requires a lot of work to implement it afterwards?
