Find object in qvf from Object ID

I am trying to tidy up a qvf that is used by a Mashup.

This qvf has "evolved" over time [aka turned into a right mess] and it has masses of objects on loads of sheets most of which are not used by the qvf.

In the Mashup javascript I can see all the qvf's object id's that it uses.


What would be a good way to cross correlate them so that I can delete the qvf objects that the mashup does not reference ?
