Find the latest date

Hi All,

I have the below data:

Product	Date 1	Date 2	Date 3	Date 4	Next Date
A	22/05/2011		5/7/2023	11/5/2032
B		11/5/2032	4/12/2019	7/7/2012
C	5/7/2023	22/05/2011	2/4/2023	22/05/2011
D	5/8/2021	4/12/2019		5/7/2023
E		7/7/2012		4/12/2019
F	2/4/2023	22/11/2016	7/7/2012	11/5/2032

The next date column should show next nearest date's column name i.e for A it should be 5/7/2023, B 11/5/2032  and so on

Please help with this.
