Finding and managing lib://DataFiles in Qlik Cloud

How do I see and manage the files in lib://DataFiles when they are uploaded to Qlik Cloud? I can access files from inside the app (data load editor) but can I navigate directly to the data files from the Hub-interface (renaming files, clean up, ...)?

Related:  how do I possible to download data files again after they are uploaded to DataFiles-folder? Using 'Store [ fieldlist from] table into filename' command I saved a table as csv-file, which I can access from other apps.  But how do I download the csv file from Qlik Cloud? 

The license is Qlik Sense Business
