Finding current month avg based on last three months average

Hi Friends,

I have last threes months average value for LTTR based on this values I would like to find the forecast of current month avg. 

=Avg({<[Flag]={"Resolved"},[PARENT]={"No"},[FYI-Cancelled]={"No"}>} [LTTR])

can someone pls help to find the forecast for this month?
