Flag creation help

Hi Experts,

Can any one please help me on below requirement.

I have the fields like below.

Employee ID    Hire Date          Training completion date

125896              14/08/2017        28/02/2018

486593              14/05/2018      18/05/2018

I have to create a Flag with two records Completed or Not completed.

When the employee completed the training within 30days from the Hire date it has to be flag as Completed else Not ccompleted.

Please help me on this.

Maybe sthing like:

load EmployeeID, HireDate, TrainingCompletionDate,

if( TrainingCompletionDate-HireDate <=30,'Completed','Not Completed') as Flag

from source;
