Forecast Value

Hi - I need help in one of the challenges I am facing.

ex: I have data as below in waterfall chart (If not, bar chart also works)

ID	Period	Value
1	P1	100
2	P2	150
3	P3	200
4	P1	150
5	P2	100

Here ID 1 has value for P1 but not for p2 and P3 - Here I want ID 1 show 100 for forecast  period  p2 and P3 along with P1

Here ID 2 has value for P2 but not for  P3 - Here I want ID 2 show 150 for forecast  period P3 along with P2

Here ID 3 has value for P3 3 show 200 for  P3.

Here ID 4 has value for P1 but not for  p2 and P3  - Here I want ID 4 show 150 for forecast  period  p2 and P3 along with P1

Here ID 5 has value for P2 but not for  P3 - Here I want ID 2 show 100 for forecast  period P3 along with P2

Is this doable at all ?
