Formula working with different hierarchy levels

Hi all,

I have to work with different hierarchy levels (Country, State, City with inhabitants).
The yellow country cell should sum up all the underlying blue marked cells. But each blue cell has a min() formula choosing the smallest value of all city inhabitants which has to be considered. Thus, the formula is on a state-level hierarchy, but the sum is summed up on country-level hierarchy. How can I display this in a formular and what do I have to consider?

Hi, there is no image or file attached to se the blues and the yellows. You canuse TOTAL to ignoe dimension values

So: Min(TOTAL  Population) would return the lowest value of population and Min(TOTAL <Country> Population) would return the lowest value of population for each country. Something similar with Sum() and Max()
