Gauge Formula

Hi - New here.

I am trying to create a formula to get a gague showing the following:-

Client

Date Limit

% Sum of 2 items.

I can do this with filters, but would prefer not to as I want to embed into a story board where it updates automatically.

Any ideas welcome.
