I am trying to generate a tab-wise usage report for one of our QlikView dashboards, but I am unable to do so. I have checked the options available in AccessPoint and the Governance dashboard, but I could not find a way to extract tab-level usage details.

You need to "Enable Audit Logging" in the QMC. The generated audit logs will record sheet activation events. You can then create a QV app to process and report on the logs.
