Get data from External API call for Qlik Sense Filters

I am new to Qlik sense and i have a Qlik Sense Application,

It has Filters,one of them named like (CustomerType)

these are Two values it has,

I want these values in JSON format any any API call from external framework,

Can anybody please tell what i need to do to get data from this Qlik Sense Filter.
