Get file name from a widget or extension ( browse through files)

Hy guys,

I have create a widget in which I can browse through local computer.

It`s quite simple. The code is :

<form action="/action_page.php">
Select a file: <input type="file"><br>
</form>

I would like to store the file name that I select in a variable. Do you know how can I do that?
