Get value of selections not greyed out

I'm trying to select values of  fields that are in white but are not selected. 

For example, I have a business hierarchy Department -> Business Unit 

Each  element of Business Unit is mapped to only one Department, so for example Board of Directors sits under Chief Executive Officer. So my question is, if a user selects Board of Directors, how can I make Qlik also select Chief Executive Officer?

You can create a hierarchy to achieve the same.(Assuming boardofdirector and Chiefexecutiveofficer are fields )

eg. Boardofdirector-->Chiefexecutiveofficer
