Grand Total and Sub Total in Pivot Table

Hi Everyone

I need Grand Total and Sub Total in pivot table.(Like attachment)

When I check 'Indent Rows' in presentation tab then Sub Total appears, but how can I get Grand Total on top.

I am using Qlik Sense November 2017 version.

Edit the pivot table and in the right panel select the first dimension.  Turn on "Show Totals".
