Group by specific name or id

Hi i have 7 columns with names and id's respectively , i want to group by the commonly found names in all of those seven columns.

name 1	name 2	name 3	name 4	name 5	name 6
Sheela	dany	crazy	kassie	angelin	Sheela
jacob	kathy	kalie	kegen	farz	chris
daniel	ray	many	xylo	Sheela	masy
stacy	Sheela	warty	Sheela	juliana	gracy

Can i group sheela to view the number of views(measure) she had

name 1 , 2 , 3 , 4 represents the levels they are in the organization some times a person can be in level 1 , sometimes he can be in level 5 depending upon the organizational hierarchy . i want group them by names
