Combination to Get Final Field

IF TIER IS = O  AND Area is Geologics then Final Field will be Geological

IF TIER IS = Z   AND Area is Growth then Final Field will be Growth

IF TIER IS = B   AND Area is Fashion then Final Field will be Fashion

IF TIER IS = A   AND Area is Fashion then Final Field will be Textile Technology & Fabrics

I have mereged the records but how to get last field ?

Yes . This like is smething i wanted . But Dates not present . You are doing group by with conct . Is this goOD for large data ?

If you add dates , merging will not be proper because for one id dates are different . Hope you get it .

Try on large data and let me know as well as i am not very sure .

Let me add some one who is great guru on these .
