Help needed for opening Qlik Workbench

With reference to this link, http://help.qlik.com/en-US/sense-developer/1.1/Subsystems/Workbench/Content/launch-workbench.htm  

I tried to launch Qlik workbench. I am using Qliksense Desktop, version 3.2. Can someone help me out.

This documentation is for version 1.1 and it´s obsolete.
