Help please Qlik DataTransfer unable to install

Hi,

I'm new to Qlik Sense Saas 

I am trying to install Qlik DataTransfer but it's showing me the error of Service user validation failed. 

What user name am I going to use, is it my Qlik subscription login or my computer login? Do I have to install Qlik DataTransfer on a server or can I install it in my local computer

I have tested both in server and local computer and it shows the same error, i have tested using my local computer credentials and also my Qlik login details

Please help

did you have a solution for this problem ?

I met the same situation no certificate folder in C:\ProgramData\Qlik\DataTransfer\DataUpload folder.
