Help with KPI that counts duplicates

Hello everyone,

I have the following problem. 

I have a table that looks like this:

Store	City	Vendor
A	NYC	JA
A	KANSAS	JA
A	CHEYENNE	JA
A	LONDON	JA
A	ROME	JA
B	NYC	NEIN
B	LIMA	NEIN
B	TOKIO	NEIN

and i need a kpi that counts how many stores have vendors. 

I am getting 5 for those with vendor and 3 for those with no vendors.. when i should be getting 1 and 1...

how would u code that?

How 3 for Non Vendors does NEIN mean No vendor ?

Please share correct mock data for both with and without vendor scenario for few more stores.
