Hiding values in pivot table and showing them only if cursor is over cell

Hello experts,

I want to know if Qlik Sense can hide values of a pivot table but show them only if cursor is over cell.

I made an Excel example (in the second image, the cursor is suppose to be on Marketing value cell)
