Highlight Number in Chart

How can I add condition to put negative values in red please? The below is not working, my numbers are shown in % (its QoQ).

IF($(vMeasure03) = 'QoQ', $(vSalesTrendRev) > 0, red(),'')

inv_week is the dimension from the right chart?

It is the dimension same for both actual as well as historical (both databases have them)

What I meant to ask was what is the dimension in the below chart (circled in blue)

That is inv_week number (dimension same for both on the left also on right)
