Highlighting measures with Background Color Expression

Hello All, 

As a follow-up to a previous post, I am trying to highlight some measures based on the resulting values.  I have setup this view in QlikView, but I can't seem to figure out the right formulas to make it work in Qlik Sense.  Attached is a picture of what I am trying to do and the sample file.

Can someone help me with the correct formula to use in the Background Color expression?

Or if you have a better idea how to set it up, that might be helpful as well.

Yes, this is exactly it!

I was thinking that I needed to use the measure names, didn't  realize I should list out the formulas.
