Host White Lists

I have inherited a Qlik Sense environment and I’m trying to understand how the host White List’s work.

I have a multi node setup with 4 servers;

Server 1 – Qlik Proxy Server

Server 2 – Qlik Central Server

Server 3 & Serer 4 – Qlik consumer nodes load balanced

So with this setup what should be in each of the 4 servers host white lists?

Any help would be appreciated
