How assign the specific color to the measure

is it possible to set a specific color to a specific measure ?

At the moment, I only find, the way to assign the color in random way

1. Select expression

2. Click '+' sign of Expression

3. Select Background Color

4. Use RGB() combination to set background color in Definition
