How can I use Stackbar chart, change the date to Month

Hi here is my data,

Could any one help me with 2 issue here?

1. I have the 'date' only the end of one month--could I just change it into Month (formate) how could I do that?

2. Have offerings, for each month, but I can not and the second dimension to  the bar chart to get the stack bar chart!

I do not want drill down function here need the stack bar.
